WE purchase a Holiday Rambler Endeavor from Day Bro RV. This RV was traded in three Day Bro RV three days before we purchase this unit. They didn't have time to service this unit. They told us they would fix anything that was wrong with our motorhome that we purchase. We call them and told them that the washer, dryer convection oven, refrigerator and the generator needed serving. They sent us a new washer dryer and convection oven and they had the refrigerator service and the generator service. The reason we're saying this is because Day Bro RV is one of the best dealership we ran into, if you're looking for a Motorhome or a Travel trailer, this is the place to go. We would like to thank Alex, TD, George and Calvin and all the staff for there hospitality and servicer. They are a very good Christian dealership. May God Bless you all. We are very pleased. My wife and I purchased the 2014 Keystone Alpine through the internet from Daybros in London, Kentucky. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Kenneth and made the deal over the phone since we would have to travel about 6 hours to the dealership. Everything about the unit was as Kenneth described and more!
The whole staff (sales/finance/service) was very kind, friendly and helpful. My wife and I was on our way back home after making our trade talking about how friendly and nice everyone was!... We got home late that night and parked the camper and the next day we was putting our camping materials into our new one and found that we had overlooked that the DVR was missing out of our new one (which was listed in the description) I then tell my wife this will tell how the dealership and it's staff really is, so I call Kenneth on Monday morning telling him about what we had overlooked and he then directed me to the service department to get the DVR system ordered immediately.
The service/parts department (Calvin) took care of everything and had the system sent to my home address at no cost to us, and the next day Kenneth called me to make sure everything was taken care of and that my wife and I was happy with how thing's was taken care of and was telling me how sorry they was for letting this get by them.
This is the best purchased I have ever made in all my purchase's throughout the years.....they really go above and beyond to make sure you leave there a happy customer!
